Aquatrol safety relief valves are designed for applications in compressors, sterilisers, autoclaves, gas and steam lines, tanks and steam cleaners. These durable Aquatrol valves are made of brass and feature a bronze-plated lift lever, precision-lapped metal-to-metal seating, stainless-steel springs and fixed blow-down. They can operate at temperatures ranging from 0 to 406 degrees Fahrenheit and can withstand a maximum pressure of 200 psi. These valves are available in FNPT / MNPT inlet and MNPT / vented outlet variants.

Aquatrol 740 Series safety relief valves are designed to open when the pressure exceeds the stress limits and prevent pumps and pipelines from fire accidents or system failure. These units feature a brass / bronze body for strength, ductility, malleability and corrosion resistance and a full-nozzle design flanged to the pressurised system. They are further integrated with a stainless-steel disc for enhancing seating tightness and preventing flow under ambient operating conditions, and an adjustable nozzle ring for controlling the fluid exit. They meet ASME Section VIII standards and are ideal for air / gas, liquid and steam applications. Aquatrol 69 Series relief valves (field-adjustable) are used for controlling or limiting the system pressure to protect pumps, tanks, hydraulic equipment and pipelines. These units feature a bronze body with excellent ductility and corrosion resistance and manual adjustment of the relief pressure set-point by changing the force exerted by the stainless-steel spring. They come equipped with a hex cap for shielding the complete assembly and dual-lapped metal seating for eliminating leakages.
