Q. How to install this Trico PE-1202-10 lubrication pump?

A.

• Mount the unit at the desired location and connect it to a grounded power supply.
• After releasing the locking nut, turn the adjustment knob knurled section (clockwise or counterclockwise) to control the desired flow rate. Tighten the locking nut at the required setting.
• Pre-filling the system requires setting the output at the highest setting & cycling the pump unit until the user can observe oil at the most distant point. Then, reset the output to the desired setting as in the previous step after re-checking the tightness of all fittings.
• The low-level switch can be connected to an audible alarm / control panel light for signalling the user to add oil to the reservoir.
• Mount compatible meter units at lubrication points and connect them using tubing.
• Prevent the entry of dirt or contaminants into the unit or piping.
