It is suitable for steam boilers & generators, air compressors, pressure vessels & pressure-reducing stations.
Features:
- Pentair Kunkle Valve 6010FEM01-AM125 safety relief valve has a side outlet and a full nozzle design with brass / bronze trim.
- Its nozzle has a wide hex for greater clearance & easy installation.
- Its metallic O-ring seat ensures leak-free performance with a decreased maintenance cost, improved seating & multiple flow cycles with a tight valve shutoff.
- This valve is equipped with dual control rings that can be adjusted easily for exact blowdown control and precisely opening with minimum pre-open or simmer.
- It has a grooved piston-type disc to decrease sliding area and friction between moving parts.
- A ball bearing pivot between stainless steel spring & disc can rectify misalignment and allow spring side thrusts.
- The valve has a heavy-duty casting & comes with a heavy-duty plain lift lever assembly.
