Hoffman Watchman WCSD12-20 B-MA condensate unit is designed to collect condensate and return it to the boiler. It is ideal for steam heating, industrial processing, dry cleaning plants, chemical refineries, wood pulp paper processing, textile mills and manufacturing facilities.

• This duplex system has two circulating pumps that work alternately in systems having heavy loads of condensate to reduce wear in any of the pumps.
• It features a float-actuated mechanical alternator that automatically alternates the operation of two pumps and provides simultaneous operation to deliver double capacity under peak conditions.
• The single-phase motor has drip-proof construction and is capable of pumping 18 gallons per minute at 20 psi discharge pressure with a maximum speed of 3450 rpm.

A. An impeller is a one-piece bronze casting constructed by the shell mould process, producing extremely smooth water passages and enhanced performance. It is securely keyed to the shaft and held in place with a stainless steel washer and self-locking impeller screw.

A. It is vertically mounted with bronze impellers for proper motor elevation to eliminate submergence if the floor is flooded or to provide a low-level suction inlet so that the impeller is sufficiently submerged even with a minimum water level in the receiver.
