Q. How to install a steel panel?

A.

• Allow the bottom of the back panel to rest on the cart's ledge (on the long sides). Attach the corner clamp with two carriage bolts and two 1/4-20 whiz nuts. Repeat the procedure on the opposite side.
• Allow the bottom of the end panel on the short side of the cart to rest on the cart's ledge. Using two carriage bolts and two 1/4-20 whiz nuts, attach to the previously installed corner clamp. Repeat the same on the opposite side.
• Using three 1/4-20 carriage bolts and three 1/4 whiz nuts, install the remaining two corner clamps on each of the front corners.
• Use two 1/4-20 carriage bolts and two 1/4 whiz nuts to secure the door latch.
• Attach the left side front panel to one of the cart's fronts with three 1/4-20 carriage bolts and three 1/4 whiz nuts. Repeat this for the right front panel.
• Use five #10-24 x 1/2 inch screws and five #10-24 whiz nuts to attach the door to the right side front panel. Tighten using a 5/16 inch socket and 3/8 inch wrench.
• Adjust the front side panels and the door latch up & down until they align and a padlock can be installed.
• Check the padlock's functionality and make necessary adjustments. Once adjusted, tighten the door latch bolts with a 7/16 inch wrench and all fasteners with an electric driver & a 7/16 inch socket.

A. Choose which end you want the grommet attached to, then tap the grommet into the knockout (provided) with a hammer.
