- RGS Series sewage grinder pump used to shred large particles into a fine slurry so that the waste can be pumped into a central sewage system
- Designed for high head sewage applications and can be used with plastic, paper, rubber, cloth and non-abrasive solids
- Features reversible stationary cutter ring for longer service and cast iron volute casing for higher efficiency
- Offers mechanical seal protection with silicon bronze semi-open impeller that has non-overloading, two vane design and pump-out vanes
- Motor surrounded by high-grade turbine oil to provide efficient heat dissipation, permanent lubrication of bearings and protection from harsh environments
- Severe duty rated power cable that is oil- & water-resistant
- Features an epoxy seal on the motor end that acts as a secondary moisture barrier and prevents oil wicking in case of outer jacket damage
- Not suitable for use with septic systems as the minute particles will not be filtered out and may contaminate the groundwater
