Extract-All SP-400-DD clean air system is ideal for downdraft capture of smoke, odours, fumes, dust and other harmful airborne contaminants created by various small to medium-size industrial applications like welding, sanding, soldering & grinding. This downdraft bench-style portable air cleaner comes with a 4-stage filter pack for removing smoke & dust.

Features:

• Extract-All SP-400-DD downdraft bench comes with 4 filters (spark- trap baffle filter, pleated filter, mini-pleat filter & disposable carbon pleated filter) a grated downdraft cover and a removable side & back shield.
• It uses a 350W totally-enclosed blower motor offering thermal protection & ball bearings for operating 100,000 continuous duty hours.
• The fan attached to the motor rotates at 2940 rpm and produces a downdraft capture velocity of 200 fpm with 500 cfm capacity.
• The downdraft bench has an easy-grip handle and a heavy-duty caster base for easy transportation of the unit.
• The pleated filter has an efficiency of MERV 10 (60%), whereas the mini-pleat filter has an efficiency of MERV 14 (95%).
• The unit connects to a 2.91A, 120V power supply using a 7 feet power cord with a plug.
