- Disconnect the power source.
- Remove the tool's pop-off cover.
- Pull back the tool's tension arm assembly & remove its abrasive belt.
- Remove the adjustment knob.
- Remove the contact arm to be replaced with this Dynabrade 11203 contact arm assembly. Ensure that the tab at the arm's end is facing downward.
- Place the knob & install the abrasive belt & cover.
- Connect the power source again and adjust the belt tracking by left or right turning of the knob while the tool is running.
