How to install Z-clamps?

  • Weld studs (included with the kit) to support steel. Place the lower Z-clamp frame onto the studs.
  • Attach the stacking bolts to the frame and insert the desired adapters.
  • Now bolt the top frame onto the bottom to secure the assembly.

Are these products corrosion-resistant?

Yes, these face seals have zinc-plated finish to provide excellent corrosion and rust resistance in wet environments.

What is a Beta-adapter?

The Beta-adapter allows a clamping junction to be inserted into any hydraulic line. Its exclusive square body design can be used with metallic tubing or hydraulic hose ends. Once it is inserted into the Beta-adapter O-ring clamp body, the junction point is securely clamped, fighting the effects of vibration and ensuring a leak-proof connection.
