Torque Wrench Kits

Yellow Jacket interchangeable head torque wrench kits are designed for accommodating ductless mini-split flare nuts in automotive maintenance and metalworking applications. These torque wrench kits come with an interchangeable head design and are capable of delivering an adjustable torque output for ease-of-operation with variety of nuts & bolts. They further feature lightweight aluminium construction with a powder coat finish for withstanding harsh industrial abuse and a lockable carrying case for secure storage.

Working Mechanism

  • Turn the upper edge of the adjusting handle to 40 N-m. The reading 'O' on the handle must align with the centre line of the scale perpendicularly to acquire 40 N-m.
  • Then turn clockwise to align the reading of '3' on the adjusting handle with the centre line of the scale to acquire 43 N-m.
  • Once the required torque value is selected, set the adjustment ring to the LOCK.
  • After installing the appropriate adapter for the flare nut, apply force on the torque wrench handle and stop hearing a click.
  • Remove the adapter by depressing the detent at the adapter socket.
