Wesco machinery movers from the Rais-N-Rol Series are designed for transporting heavy furniture & machinery in warehouses & storerooms, as well as supply, packaging & shipping facilities. They feature a hand operated hydraulic jack mechanism with controlled lowering for lifting heavy loads and urethane / steel swivel casters for permitting heavy loads to be mobilised along a smooth surface in any direction. These Wesco machinery movers are supplied with hooks for non-slip load binders to secure large and heavy cargo while shipping goods. Working Mechanism

Wesco Rais-N-Rol material lifts or machinery movers come equipped with a vertical metal frame and two adjustable forklifts for supporting a pallet of goods (weighing up to 10000 lb) that can be lowered or raised to an optimal height. These forks can be controlled with a foot pump or hand crank and the attached wheels permit the machinery movers to be rolled easily while carrying bulky loads. Some Wesco machinery movers from the Rais-N-Rol Series have special wheels on the frame that enable them to be transported by loading them onto a delivery truck.

Installation

  • To position, securely place one foot on the padded bar and firmly grip the handle with both hands. Position the forks of the first machinery mover under the load.
  • Make sure that the load is centred on the forks. The rubber faceplate must be in contact with the load.
  • A filler block may be required as a spacer between the load and the faceplate.
  • Position the second machinery mover in the same manner at the other end of the load.
  • Connect the two Rais-N-Rol Series Wesco machinery movers with Wesco load binders.
  • For lowering, open the jack release valve slowly on the first machinery mover and then on the second unit, until the load rests on the floor.
  • Remove the load binders from the goods and carefully remove the forks of the machinery mover from under the load.
  • Lower the forks to the floor before moving the units.
