LP Series Stainless Steel Manual Carousels
Vestil LP Series manual carousels are designed to rotate materials on workbenches, tables and floors. These carousels feature flat, stainless steel rings with internally sealed bearings for smooth 360 degree rotation and 4 guide rollers to keep the rings aligned. They transfer loads evenly over the surface and are capable of withstanding loads up to 2000 lb.
Working Mechanism
- Put the items (to be rotated) on a pallet and place the pallet on these carousels gently while keeping in mind their uniform capacity.
- Rotate the material manually and unload the pallet from the unit using a forklift after use.
Features
- These stainless steel manual carousels are made of two pieces of 3/16 inch thick rolled structural angles.
- They are equipped with a series of internally sealed roller bearings for a smooth 360-degree rotation of the top ring.
- Their four guide rollers are used to align the unit's rings.
- These stainless steel rings have a flat surface for precise rotation and the top ring has an outside diameter of 40 inches.
- They have a uniform capacity of 2000, 4000 or 6000 lb.
