Solution Series, Accu Flange Shaft Mounting Collars
Stafford Accu-Flange Series shaft mounting collars are used for holding components in place, preventing slippage or movement during the operation. These collars feature steel / stainless steel / aluminium construction and have a double-split design, allowing for easy installation and adjustment on a shaft without marring the surface. They are designed with three tapped holes to secure the collar with other surfaces or components by means of screws and bolts. These collars further include a standard keyway that allows for the insertion of a specific key to transmit torque between the shaft and the mating component, ensuring a secure and aligned connection. Stafford Accu-Flange Series collars are easy to customise by the user to perform a wide range of applicationss, such as transmitting power or providing specific motion.
