Stafford Manufacturing Accu-Clamp one-piece split collars are designed for efficient shaft and tubing clamping applications. These collars provide secure and precise positioning while offering easy installation and adjustment. These components feature a non-marring clamp and a sturdy working face that is either completely machinable or hardened and ground. They can also be modified by drilling, threading, tapping, turning or knurling. These collars are made of 1117 steel for easy machineability. These units also facilitate ultra-precise bearing surface for applications requiring extreme squareness and flatness.
