Replaceable Drill Tips, Steel Body, Screw Clamp Mounting

Sandvik CoroDrill 870 Series drill tips are designed for high penetration and quality holes. These units offer exchangeable tip changing facility for maximum hole making performance with a range of 12 to 20.90 mm. They further come with new cutting edge geometry for allowing low cutting forces, drill fluted design for good chip control and high precision interface between the drill body & the tip for added tool stability. Selected models feature multi-layered TiAIN (Titanium Aluminium Nitride) coated finish for enhanced edge line chipping and reduced residual stress, as well as offer wear-and-flank wear resistance. Choose from an array of these drill tips, available in insert sizes of 0.440 to 1.049 inches.
