Motion Control Couplings, DCD Series

Ruland Manufacturing DCD Series motion control couplings remove misalignment between two shafts. The balanced one-piece design reduces vibration at high speeds, provides zero backlashes and easily fits on the shaft without causing marring. The double disc mechanism in the centre is comprised of 2 anodised aluminium hubs, 2 sets of thin stainless steel disc springs and a centre spacer to accommodate misalignment. They are held in place via cap screws and have a spiral slot in the centre to dampen vibrations. Choose from a wide range of 1-piece motion control couplings, available in 25, 50, 100 and 180 inch-lb torque ratings on Raptor Supplies.
