Features
- Ron-Vik in-line strainers are an assembly of components like a top, bowl, gasket & wire mesh.
- The top section of these units contains two MNPT / FNPT connections for attaching to 1/4 to 1-1/2 inch pipes and acting as inlet & outlet.
- The bowl section of these units contains the filter for removing debris from the water coming in through the top section.
- The top-bowl connection has a buttress threading to prevent cross-threading during installation.
- They have an EPDM or Viton gasket according to the required temperature & chemical compatibility for a liquid-tight seal. These gaskets are colour coded for easy identification.
- The bowl section contains a stainless steel wire mesh to act as a filter.
- These Ron-Vik inline strainers should be mounted with the necessary support for handling stress & vibrations.
