11052 Series Straight Flute Tap
OSG 11052 Series taps are cutting tools used for creating internal threads on metals / plastic. They are integrated with straight flutes to run in a straight line along the tap length for efficient chip evacuation. These flute taps feature TiCN finish to resist corrosion on the exposed surfaces. They further come with eccentric thread relief for reduced friction, during cutting, to minimise heat generation and extend service life. They are available in cast iron, ductile iron and cast aluminium variants.
