3V Series Hi-Cap Wedge Stock 3 Groove QD Sheaves
Martin Sprocket 3V Series Hi-Cap Wedge Stock QD sheaves are used in belt-driven systems for efficient power transmission. These sheaves offer a one-piece solid construction for durability, a 3 groove system for accommodating three belts simultaneously and QD bushings to allow easy installation and removal. They are made of Class 30 grey iron, offering a maximum textile strength of 30000 psi for use in heavy applications. These units have a smooth surface finish to minimise belt slippage and are ideal for use with 3V cross-section belts to ensure reliable power transfer.
