Carbon Monoxide Alarm
Kidde carbon monoxide alarms are designed to detect the presence of odour-, colour- and tasteless carbon monoxide (CO) gas. These quality Kidde alarms use electrochemical sensing technology to detect levels of CO. The electrodes sense the change in electrical current due to the presence of carbon monoxide and then trigger an 85 dB audible alarm. They feature a red LED for visual alert and can easily operate at temperatures ranging from 40 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. These battery-powered, hardwired or plug-in carbon monoxide alarms are available in different height, depth and width options. Selected models also come equipped with a digital readout.
