Hoffman Syspend Sanitary HMI enclosures are designed to house process control equipment in sanitary washdown environments of the food & beverage manufacturing settings. They feature clean design elements and meet Type 4X and IP69K requirements for high-pressure, high-temperature washdown applications. These enclosures are equipped with flat-screen monitor-style aesthetics and integrated side handles for easy repositioning. They have a fully concealed silicone gasket area for increased protection in washdown environments. These enclosures come with a 20-degree sloped top to facilitate runoff of water and cleaning solutions and a slanted flange trough collar to prevent pooling of fluids along the top edge. They have a suspension arm adapter for attachment to the Syspend Sanitary suspension system and Syspend VHDS-Motion Arm, offering versatile mounting options. These enclosures can be flipped for pendant or pedestal mounting and their hinges are shielded by the door. They feature seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth.These enclosures also feature a door having two SS quarter-turn latches that are designed with a flush slotted insert and panel studs for accommodating NEMA-style panels.
