Eaton Danfoss FAR-16 Series flow control valves are used in refuse haulers, water treatment plants, harvesters, oil & gas pipelines and chemical processing industries to measure the differential pressure and regulate the fluid flow.

Working Mechanism

  • The fluid in these valves flows directly between port 1 & 2 and port 3 & 4 in one position.
  • The flow then gets directed between ports 1 & 4 and ports 3 to 2 by turning the operator at 90 degrees.
  • Ports 2 & 4 get blocked while ports 1 & 3 get connected during the cross-over transition.

  • These screw-in cartridge valves comply with the ISO cleanliness code 18/16/13 microns to remove contamination.
  • They are equipped with Buna-N seals to resist water and oil.
  • These flow control valves are pressure compensated for free reverse flow.
  • They have an aluminium housing to resist UV rays and extreme temperatures.
