EATON D Series Protection Diodes
Eaton D Series protection diodes are used to protect sensitive electronic equipment against voltage anomalies that can damage electronic devices, reduce their lifespan and potentially cause complete failure. They are designed to be fast-acting for high reliability & low failure rate in miss...ion-critical applications. These diodes are available in a pack of 20 items.Read more

Working Mechanism
- Eaton D Series protection diodes become forward-biased when an overvoltage transient occurs to begin conducting current & diverting the transient energy away from the protected device.
- They act as a protective barrier to isolate the device from the overvoltage event.
- The diode becomes reverse-biased when the overvoltage event has passed to stop the current flow through the diode. The protected device can then resume its normal operation.
