Features

  • Eaton flush covers feature a floating, spring-mounted trim which offers automatic flush adjustment and ensures proper alignment without manual labour while speeding the installation process.
  • Surface covers are designed for loadcentres that are mounted with their back against the wall, wherein the cover only extends the edges of the loadcentre box. These covers are usually the same size as that of the box itself to ensure a proper fit.
  • Selected models come with a combination cover and can be used for both surface & flush mounting applications. These covers extend beyond the edges of the loadcentre box (approximately 5/8 inches around the box) for enhanced safety.

What are loadcentres?

Eaton's loadcentres are used for housing circuit breakers for power distribution and circuit protection in light commercial and industrial applications. They carry electricity supplied by the utility and distribute it throughout the facility to feed lights and receptacles.

What is a plug-in circuit breaker?

Eaton's plug-in circuit breaker allows rapid connection / disconnection of circuit breakers from their counterpart boards. This mounting style also ensures rapid replacement without touching the wiring connections on the base, providing personnel and equipment safety.

How to reset a tripped circuit breaker?

When the breaker trips, it can be reset again by pressing the OFF and then the ON pushbutton to close the breaker contacts and start the current flow.
