Dayton vending machine hand trucks are designed for moving vending machines from one location to another in industrial settings. These units feature two swivel casters and two primary wheels for allowing the trucks to rest on all four wheels when tilted back to move heavy loads, thereby providing ease & less physical effort as compared to moving the trucks in an upright position. They include an adjustable ratcheting belt tightener with auto-rewind for allowing maximum load security. They also have stair climbers for ease in manoeuvrability while climbing stairs and a rounded / flat back frame for supporting the vending machines and other heavy items during transit. Working Mechanism
- Grab the hand truck and slide the toe plate under the load.
- Secure the load with the belt and engage the ratchet pawl to tighten the belt.
- Keep the hand truck in the extended position with the support bar in the lowest position before placing any weight on the casters.
- Unlock the pawl and loosen the belt to release the load.
