Dayton pump repair kits are ideal for replacing damaged pump components, such as diaphragm or seal rings, due to excessive heat, suction side pressure, over / under torque or backward installation. These kits include items like gaskets, O-rings and seal rings. They are made of Buna-N / Santropene / Hytrel material to offer wear resistance, tensile strength and resistance to oil, water, solvents and hydraulic fluids. O-rings and seal rings act as a mechanical sealants to resist wear and also allow a certain amount of dampening to cushion the pump valves against thermal, frictional and impact stress.
