DCMT Series, Diamond Carbide Inserts

Ultra-Dex USA DCMT Series diamond carbide inserts are utilised in machining applications for turning, milling and boring in the aerospace, automotive and manufacturing industries. They feature carbide construction with titanium aluminium nitride coating to enhance wear resistance and heat dissipation during machining. These inserts have a chip-breaker code of ZX3 to control the chip during cutting for efficient machining. They are available in insert thicknesses of 0.094 and 0.156 inches.
