How do I install these hydraulic hose fittings?

• Cut the hydraulic hose to the desired length using a hose cutter. Ensure that the end of the hose is cut cleanly and squarely.
• Slide the nut, sleeve and female JIC fitting onto the end of the hose.
• Use a crimping tool specifically designed for Parker 43 Series fittings to crimp the fitting onto the hose. Follow the crimping tool manufacturer's instructions carefully to ensure a proper crimp.
• After crimping, inspect the crimped area to ensure that the fitting is properly attached to the hose and that there are no visible signs of damage or leakage.
• Install the fitting onto the appropriate port or connector on the hydraulic system. Tighten the nut with a wrench to ensure a secure fit.
• Test the hydraulic system for proper operation and leaks. If any leaks are detected, re-inspect the fitting and hose to identify and address the cause of the leak.
