Radial Bristle Brush

3m Scotch Brite radial bristle brushes are manufactured from a ceramic abrasive grain blend for better polishing and deburring of tiny parts or wide surfaces, as compared to conventional wire brushes. The flexible bristle construction and conformability of these brushes further allow easy cleaning of the brush with minimal pressure and abrasives to remain in contact with intricate parts during robotics assembly operation, respectively. These bristle discs neither contain any wire filament nor emit vapour, thereby making them suitable for handling hazardous chemicals or compounds.
