Features

  • Atrix International vacuum cleaner bags & filters include an exhaust, a vacuum and the main, secondary and cartridge filter types for multiple applications.
  • HEPA filter bags are designed for canister and handheld vacuums to prevent recirculation of allergens and dust during vacuuming. As the vacuumed air leaves the exhaust outlet, they filter out small particles.
  • Cartridge filters like 421-000-007 are used for large cleaning jobs and have a capacity of 7 gallon buckets. Its three-level HEPA filtration system prevents the collection of allergens, dirt and dust while also getting rid of those contaminants without worrying about them returning to the space.

Working Mechanism

  • In cells, reversed airflows or continuous low-pressure airflows are employed to remove the accumulated solids.
  • Vibration or mechanical shaking activities are used to remove dust.
  • To remove solid particles, high-pressure compressed air streams are employed.

Does vacuum filtration dry the solid?

Suction filtration concentrates on recovering the solid since the airflow produced by the aspirator will be significantly dryer than with simple gravity filtering. By drying the solid more thoroughly, the majority of the weight in the filter is attributable to the solid and not the solvent.
