Knipex retaining ring plier sets are used to install or remove internal and external retaining rings from grooved shafts, circlips and snap rings on bores and grooved shafts. These sets contain four retaining ring pliers of different jaw diameters and a nylon pouch with a locking clip. The DIN 5254 B and DIN 5256 D certified pliers in this set are made from chrome vanadium steel and have a plastic-coated handle with an inbuilt spring (on selected models) for reducing fatigue and excessive gripping force. For reducing ring-slipping on bores or precise works on small retaining rings, these pliers feature a fixed / bent / straight / bent & straight tip with a 0 / 90-degree tip angle.
