Texas Pneumatic Tools exhaust mufflers provide sound deadening for reducing exhaust noise to acceptable levels within OSHA noise requirements in commercial and industrial applications. These Quiet Flow mufflers feature porous sintered bronze, directly bonded to nickel-plated, steel pipe thread fillings for diffusing air, gasoline & oil and muffle noise from the exhaust ports or valves, cylinders and air tools. They have a 40-micron filter element for preventing the entry of dirt and particles into the open atmosphere ports. Choose from a wide range of these mufflers, available in sizes ranging from 1/8 to 1-1/2 inches.

Texas Pneumatic Tools silence mufflers reduce the noise caused by valves & cylinders. They also protect from contaminants that could enter through exhaust ports. These units feature a thick layer of fine fibres that absorbs sound waves or cancels them via interference with reflected waves coming from the same source. They are available in FPT & MPT configurations.

Texas Pneumatic Tools speed control mufflers provide an infinite variation of metering air flow on the exhaust ports of the air valves, as well as adjust the speed of pneumatic devices, such as air tools or air cylinders. They operate at an acceptable sound level and are integrated with lock nuts to maintain the operating speed settings, thereby preventing any accidental adjustments due to vibration or other means. These screwdriver adjustment, exhaust port flow controls have surrounding sleeves of sintered bronze to eliminate exhaust air noises and are available in sizes of 3/4, 3/8, 1/4, 1/8, 1/2 and 1 inches.
