Parker 338 Series needle valves provide precise & efficient flow control & adjustment for factory automation applications. They have a fine taper needle plunger that ensures accurate flow control even at low flow rates and an adjustment knob with numerical micrometre position markings for providing a clear visual indication of flow control settings. Their set screw can be tightened to consistently maintain the settings at a desired point after flow rate selection. They have heavy duty brass construction for withstanding high pressures while minimising wear & tear.

Needle valves are designed to adjust the flow of air or fluid passing through any passage; suitable for use with coolers and hydraulic or pneumatic systems. They use a slender needle-shaped plunger that sits on a conical seat and can withstand a maximum working pressure of 6000 PSI. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of these precision needle valves from brands like Anderson Metals, Hayward, Parker, Watersaver Faucet Company, Weatherhead and GF Piping Systems. Parker needle valves feature a tight shut-off mechanism for preventing leakages of the controlled fluid when put in a closed position and regulating the flow rate in instrumentation and metering applications. These units come equipped with a handwheel or small handle designed specifically to control the position of the plunger and allow precise and accurate fluid control. They are available in angled and straight type fitting styles allowing a maximum flow rate of 4.6 GPM.
