AOffline Forced Air Oil Coolers
AKG oil coolers are designed to cool, filter or lubricate equipment such as gearboxes, hydraulic presses, CNC machines and injection moulding presses, at low pressures. These coolers feature a direct, medium-to-ambient-air heat transfer mechanism for providing high-efficiency rates and patented, double-life hollow profiles to highly reduce local peak strains by a factor of 2. The integrated cooling system of these offline-forced coolers (comprising an aluminium cooler with fan, guard, gerotor pump / motor and filter) is capable of delivering flow rates ranging from 8.9 to 45.1 gpm at a maximum operating pressure of 15 bar (217.55 psi). Selected models come equipped with 575 V, explosion-proof motors for hazardous-location systems with varying flow rates or pressure spikes in the return line.
