BFS Series Manual Air Shut Off Valves
Plast-O-Matic BFS Series manual air shut-off valves are suitable for handling liquids, chemicals, acids and caustics in applications where high flow and visual verification are needed. These valves are constructed of Type 1 Geon PVC with a Viton / EPDM seal to provide bubble-tight sealing and excellent resistance to heat, chemicals and fluids (including oils and fuels). They also feature a clear acrylic cylinder for visual indication of the valve position in critical environments. These valves use air to divert the flow of media (at a maximum pressure of 125 psi) from a single outlet to multiple outlets or vice versa, allowing safe diversion and sampling of harsh chemicals. They are mounted upright, allowsing efficient gravity drainage, proper flow and quick accessibility for operation & maintenance.
