KERN AND SOHN Laboratory Microscopes

Kern and Sohn OSF-4G Series stereo microscopes are optical instruments that provide a three-dimensional view of a specimen or object. They offer two eyepieces for comfortable and immersive viewing of larger solid objects. These units also feature one-sided diopter adjustment via ring or lever (located on one of the eyepieces), allowing the user to get a clear and focused vision. They come with built-in illumination systems to offer adequate lighting for the specimen, an arm-curved stand for proper positioning and an integrated handle for easy manoeuvrability and adjustment. These stereo microscopes also include a protective dust cover, eye cups and multi-lingual user instructions within the kit.

Kern and Sohn OBT-1 Series microscopes are used in laboratories and educational settings for biological research, histology and educational microscopy. They are designed for applications where the light passes through the sample from below and then observed through the microscope's optics. These transmitted light microscopes are equipped with a 1W LED for illuminating the workpiece and a dust cover to protect optical lenses from contaminants. These microscopes can be operated at voltages ranging from 100 to 240V.
