Greases

Krytox NRT 8906 Series nonreactive greases are employed to lubricate critical components, including bearings, valves, O-rings, seals and connectors, ensuring smooth operation & reducing wear & tear. They are used in aerospace, automotive, electronics and chemical processing applications. These greases are nonreactive in nature and resist chemicals, oxygen & radiation. They further offer superior friction reduction, preventing equipment failure and ensuring extended service life. Their versatility & reliability make them a preferred choice for demanding applications that require long-lasting & efficient lubrication. These greases feature PTFE thickeners to extend equipment life by providing superior lubrication, reducing friction and minimising wear and tear on mechanical components. They can withstand temperatures ranging from 88 to 750 degrees F. These greases offer cartridges / tubes designed for packaging and dispensing.

Krytox NRT (non-reactive) PLSS Series greases are suitable for lubricating moving parts of pumps and motors, such as bearings, bushings, sleeves, O-rings and seals, for maintenance and repair purposes. These greases are chemically inert and do not react or degrade in the presence of chemicals, solvents, fuels and water. They offer exceptional thermal stability, allowing them to work on high temperatures without breaking down or losing their lubricity. These greases offer a superior film-forming capability, creating a thick oil layer on the surface, thereby reducing friction and wear as well as extending equipment life. They come with a unique PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) thickener, eliminating auto-ignition at temperatures up to 900 degrees F and pressures up to 350 bar (in the presence of oxygen).
