Flare Cap
Parker fitting caps are generally used for protecting the ends of pipes and other fittings. These caps are designed from high quality PFA that provides clean operation and can be disassembled & reassembled repeatedly. Offered in tube sizes of 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 and1/4 inches, these fittings are used with flare brass, copper, aluminium and welded steel hydraulic tubings. Applications of these caps include thin-wall tubing in refrigeration equipment, air compressor systems and machinery.

Flared tube fittings provide leak-free connections for high-pressure gas and fluid applications. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of flare fittings from Parker, Anderson Metals, Airway, Nibco and Weatherhead. Parker 145 Series male branch tees are designed for air compressors and refrigeration equipment. These male tees feature brass bodies ensuring high tensile strength and corrosion resistance. They are capable of being operated at temperatures ranging from -65 to 250 degrees F and can withstand pressure up to 2800 psi. Airway male connectors feature bodies made of 316 stainless steel for durability and resistance against acids & chlorides. These connectors are offered in Flare x MNPT or Flare x O-Ring Boss connections with the capability of withstanding temperature and pressure up to 1200 degrees F and 6000 psi, respectively.
