Extra-Coarse Flap Disc
Norton Abrasives extra-coarse flap discs are engineered for light stock removal, blending, and finishing applications in a single operation. They are equipped with a trimmable flexible blue plastic backing plate which wears away with grinding to facilitate complete use of the disc and conform to uneven surfaces. These discs feature angled flaps which make these suitable for both contoured and edge work. They are available in plastic and fibreglass backing materials.

Fine-Grade Flap Disc
Norton Abrasives fine-grade flap discs are designed for medium-grit cleaning, detailing and finishing tasks on cast iron, 400 Series stainless steel and soft carbon steel surfaces. They feature polyester / cotton flaps made to work best at 0 to 15 degree angles on flat surfaces. These flap discs are coated with a superior blend of ceramic alumina and zirconia alumina abrasives for high heat resistance. Choose from a wide range of these flap discs available in Type 27 and Type 29 options.
