Fire And Smoke Dampers
Fire and smoke dampers are designed for preventing the spread of fire and smoke in an emergency fire situation; ideal for use in buildings, offices, healthcare facilities and commercial settings. These dampers are installed in an HVAC system and include blades that automatically shut off when the duct temperature reaches an extreme level or upon the detection of smoke. These UL-listed units can be mounted in either vertical or horizontal orientation to slow down the spread of flames and provide additional time to vacate the building.
