TE-CO Double End Threaded Studs

Class 2A / 50 double end threaded studs designed to connect two female-threaded components. Feature steel construction, round / square shanks, C27 hardness on Rockwell scale and a minimum tensile strength of 125000 psi. Available in both SAE & metric dimensions and different overall lengths

Double end threaded studs are ideal for creating strong and reliable connections in machinery and equipment assembly. They are available in both Metric (SI units) and Imperial systems (inches, feet & pounds). These studs feature Grade 5 steel construction for high tensile strength and thermal conductivity, making them suitable for heat transfer or dissipation applications. These studs are available in Class 50 & 6g variants. The Class 60 studs provide high tensile strength and exceptional durability for long-lasting fastening, while the Class 6g fasteners provide precise and tight fitment for improved stability and reliability. They have either round or square shanks. The round shank provides enhanced alignment & versatility during installation and can withstand higher torque loads. The square shank offers enhanced stability and grip, ensuring secure and efficient fastening. These studs have right-hand threading to prevent unintentional loosening of connections. These fasteners are further available in coarse and metric coarse thread types.
