Prestolite's wound-field DC motors are used in coffee grinders, mixers, pumps, scissor lifts, floor care vacuums and other applications where high torque / rotational speed is required. These motors can function for a longer time without overheating because of their high thermal capacity. Prestolite motors feature an IP54 (totally enclosed fan-cooled) enclosure and can operate at 12VDC and 2800 rpm speed.
