They feature optimised buffers that contain potent RNase inhibitors and thermostable MMLV-derived reverse transcriptase for robust first-strand cDNA synthesis. These kits come with Accuris Hot Start Taq that employs an antibody-mediated hot-start mechanism, enabling sample preparation at room temperature.
