Type W Hydraulic Crimping Tools W/ Dies
Burndy Type W hydraulic crimping tools w/ dies or die wheels help in making organised, reliable and safe crimps with controllable electrical connections. They feature spring loaded mechanism or retainer buttons for locking the rotating wheels into position and cushioned or comfortable handles for a perfect grip. Further, they feature press mechanism for releasing purposes and steel jaws for supreme clamping forces. The crimpers with dies offer PTFE impregnated, steel / bronze bushings, stainless steel pins and electroless nickel plated jaws with jaw links to withstand corrosive environments. The crimping tools catalogue also includes crimper kits with high impact, sturdy metal, carrying cases with rugged clasps for improved case life and have select terminals, splices and crimpers inside. Additionally, the cover prohibits the spillage of connector contents (present in individual compartments) when closed. These kits come with foam inserts to protect tools from impacts, if the case drops and are available in length of 9-7/8 inch.
