Reservoir Breathers

Reservoir breathers are designed to protect precision hydraulic components in a hydraulic system. These breathers protect the hydraulic reservoir by preventing the entry of solid particles. They are made of polyamide / nickel chrome-plated steel to withstand an operating temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit. These reservoir breathers come with 40 micron filter media for an efficiency rating of 99%.

Breathers

Breathers are designed for cleaning air that enters the reservoir when the fluid level drops from normal system cycling. Raptor Supplies offers a range of these breathers from brands like Parker, Oil Safe and Lovejoy. Parker hydraulic tank desiccant breathers absorb moisture from the air as they enter the hydraulic tank, reservoir, container, or any other hydraulic system components. These moisture-removal breathers are equipped with a colored desiccant that changes the color to indicate when the filter needs changing. They are available in hydraulic, miniature, side mount and standard designs.
