Dayton tubeaxial fans have a cylindrical structure, with a propeller for taking out foul smell and odour from cleaning tanks, warehouses and mixing rooms. Their steel housing is processed with iron phosphate and a baked enamel finish, making it rust-resistant and the drive compartment is ventilated by pulling in outside air. They have a maximum inlet and ambient air temperature of 200 deg F and 104 deg F, respectively. These tube axial fans are equipped with cast iron sheaves for durability and are designed to mount both vertically / horizontally. They have aluminium coated, spark resistant blades that are precisely balanced to vent out large volumes of air. Dayton tubeaxial fans are available in blade diameters of 12, 16 & 18 inches on Raptor Supplies, an authorised distributor.

Belt Driven Tubeaxial Fans, 54 Inch Blade Diameter
Dayton belt-driven tubeaxial fans mount vertically or horizontally to pull out odour, moisture and fumes from inside to outside of a vent in paint spray booths, cleaning tanks and mixing rooms. These tube axial fans feature a disk type wheel or a propeller, contained inside a cylindrical tube-like structure with only a small gap between the housing and blade to improve fan's efficiency. They have steel housing & propellers with baked enamel paint finish and totally enclosed motor enclosures for rust protection and structural strength. Belt drive fans offer greater flexibility in terms of rpm speeds, as the motor is not directly in contact with the fan's moving parts. Selected models come with totally enclosed non-ventilated / fan-cooled motor enclosures for operating in hazardous locations.
