Air Conveyors

Exair compressed air operated conveyors are designed for moving large volumes of materials for chip, waste & trim removal, part transfer, hopper loading and filling operations. They have no moving parts for minimising noise levels and feature aluminium construction for minimising overall weight & resisting wear in abrasive conditions. These compact conveyors can be easily connected to standard hose / tubing and deliver high throughput capacity for maximising efficiency. Choose from a wide variety of these air conveyors, available in 1/4 & 3/8 inch air inlet sizes.

Exair hardened-steel alloy air conveyor kits attach comfortably to plumbing pipe couplers to convert them into a powerful conveying system. They feature rugged alloy construction which resists wear from abrasive scraps, trims and other materials in bulk. These conveyor kits include a threaded line VAC, mounting brackets, a filter separator and a pressure regulator. They are available in 26, 35, 49, 55 and 75 scfm air consumption options.

Exair hardened steel alloy air conveyors transfer bulky materials over both horizontal and vertical distances. They are made of heavy-duty alloy which help prevent premature wear and available in 3/8 and 1/4 inch NPT air inlet options.
