All Purpose Cut Off Wheels
Norton Abrasives all purpose cut off wheels provide fast cuts on foundry cut-off applications including stainless steels, hard & soft carbon steels, titanium, tool steels, ductiles, gray irons, superalloys & casts. They feature aluminium oxide or zirconia alumina construction for exceptional cut rates and have high performance resin bonds & reinforcements to withstand high pressures & aggressive demanding applications. These wheels offer improved abrasive durability, resistance to heat & side pressures and come with Type 1 cut-off quality providing increased cutting surfaces & minimum interference with the workpieces. The optimal bond hardness in selected models bring excellent blends of cut rates & life and are available in abrasive grits of 20, 24 & 100.
